Falmouth, Mass. – Cape Club Properties in Falmouth, Mass. has named Paul Jordan as director of food and beverage. Jordan will oversee dining, banquet and event operations at Cape Club Properties which includes The Cape Club by Troon in Falmouth, the highly-acclaimed Cape Grille Steak & Seafood and the new Cape Club of Sharon. Both Cape Club Properties are popular venues for weddings, banquets, catered events and special occasions.
Jordan brings extensive operations experience in recruiting, training and developing a growing team while keeping a core culture intact. His work history includes developing and operating concepts for numerous nationally acclaimed chefs and restaurant operators.
Prior to joining the Cape Club executive team, Jordan served as the director of food, beverage and events at The International from 2006 to 2017. Before The International, Jordan was the operations director for Bob Kinkead’s Sibling Rivalry in Boston, Kinkead’s in DC, and Colvin Run Tavern in Virginia from 2004-2006. He has also worked with high-profile restaurateur Todd English, serving as English’s vice president of operations/director of human potential from 2002-2004.
