According to the documents, TaylorMade details how PXG is violating seven TaylorMade patents in irons and woods. The 189-page counterclaim not only denies that TaylorMade is infringing any of the PXG patents, but also asks the court to prevent PXG from selling most of its current products, including all the PXG 0311 irons.

Chad Evans and his wife, Melisa, hope to open Back 9 Indoor Golf in January at 6883 W. Overland Road in the Overland Park Shopping Center. In a nearly 7,000-square-foot retail space, they plan five golf simulators, a landscaped putting green with a waterfall, a room for parties and other events, and a food-and-beverage area.

Dormie Club in Pinehurst, North Carolina has been purchased by Nebraska-based golf investment company Hainoa, LLC, making it the latest addition to the Dormie Network
The sale includes the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones course, as well as the 9-hole par 3 course, practice facility, clubhouse and trademarks and use of the Valderrama name.
"I have been in the golf course business in Southwick 33 years," he said. "We've had wonderful members and staff ... it's difficult for me to give it up, but it's time."
The homeowners at Rancho Mirage Country Club are hoping their former course, closed for more than two years, can be one of the rare courses to rise from the ashes.
